Since I am getting older and aging as each day passes, I have been trying to care for my skin more so than I ever used to in my younger years. At 47 years young (or old depending on the day), my skin definitely is not what it used to be. I have those tell tale wrinkles around the eyes and I am finding that my skin has lost some elasticity as well as becoming more dry. I have blackheads and flaking skin as well. I usually just wash my face with a facecloth or for a quick fix, I use a gentle cleansing facial wipe.

As anyone who knows me well, knows that I am always on the hunt for great products. It is truly a bonus when that product is Canadian. While I was on a 3 day shopping spree and taking in the mega retail experience as well as many of the shows, samplings, deals and free products that the National Women’s Show – Toronto had to offer, I had walked by a booth. I almost missed it until I saw these little egg shaped products, a woman on a sign and a man behind it all. Well, I just had to investigate.
OZ Naturals Nourishing Souffle is a combination of Organic Aloe Vera, Organic Green Tea, Shea Butter and Vitamin B5. The ingredients are whipped together to produce a white, creamy, non greasy cream that is sure to make your skin soft and supple as I know it did mine. My skin literally drank up the easy to spread, rich, smooth textured, lightly scented cream.
I had begun using the product on some dry patches of my skin and it worked wonders. My skin felt so soft. I also tried the cream on the hubby’s feet. No pictures because, well, nobody wants to see those ugly things -lol- He does have extremely dry feet and it took me a lot of convincing for me to use the product on him. He didn’t want to smell all “girly”. I allowed him to take in the gentle and light scent of the cream which allowed him to see (or rather smell) for himself that he by no means would have a feminine scent. I had applied the cream to his feet (after a shower of course) and even he was surprised. His feet remained soft for at least a few days afterwards. Now, he wants to use it daily.
I have to be honest in saying that as a rule, I do not purchase or use bar soaps. I loathe the scummy residue they tend to leave behind in the bathtub in which I have to constantly clean. Aside from that and to me more importantly, I do not like the way they feel on my skin. I find that my skin gets really dry and it always feels like there is residue left behind that gives me the feeling that I am not clean and want to wash my skin again. It is for this reason that I NEVER use bar soap on my face……until NOW!
I have really oily skin, especially in the T-Zone. I am always breaking out in little pimples and at least once or twice a month I get a large breakout around my chin area. I find that stress brings on these breakouts a lot more. Lately, I have been under a tremendous amount of stress due to my moving to a new home.
As per the directions, I used it every evening after I had washed my face (for the past couple of weeks). The peel has a medicinal scent to it which is reminiscent of rubbing alcohol. That being said, it is not a very strong scent at all. I used the eye dropper provided to place the solution onto a gauze (or similar) like pad and began to gently rub it on my face. If you have any open cuts it will sting but that will quickly fade. I let it sit for about a minute or two then rinsed it off with cool water (which is recommended to neutralize). After using the peel it is recommended to use a moisturizer (which I did use).
I have been using the product for 2 weeks. My facial skin is always dry and oily in the T zone so I tend to hesitate when using facial products that are unknown to me. What I really loved about this product is that is was non-greasy and had a very pleasant and light floral scent. It was very easy to apply. I like that the pump doesn’t squirt out too much of the product. The consistency of the serum is light and sort of runny. A little does go a long way.
I read the instructions about 100 (One Hundred) times. I wanted to become so familiar with Soniclear so that I could talk about it with anyone I knew and be informed on all aspects of it’s use, abilities, and maintenance. After all, if I was going to rave to my friends and family about Soniclear, I wanted to know what I was talking about.
Why read the instructions???? It’s not just Plug n Play!!
