The snacks are all natural, and they use only the highest quality ingredients. The first thing that caught my eye about Naked Snacks is all the things their snacks do NOT contain!

- No artificial flavours
- No artificial sweeteners
- No harmful preservatives
- No high fructose corn syrup
- No trans fat
- Each portion/serving has less than 200 calories
What really sets Naked Snacks apart, besides their high quality and unique snack blends, is that they are a company that cares! A proud supporter of Breakfast for Learning, for each box that is delivered, a donation is made to provide a healthy snack for a hungry child at school in Canada.

There are a variety of snacks to choose from including salty, sweet, or a mixture of the two.
Each snack bag includes 4 snack portions, with a portion being equal to about a handful. Plans include 5 bags, 10 bags, or 20 bags of snacks, and you can choose to have your snacks delivered every 2 weeks, once a month, or every two months.
- $32 for 5 snacks
- $56.95 for 10 snacks
- $99.95 for 20 snacks
Shipping is free for almost everywhere, with the exception of a few remote locations that would see a shipping fee only apply for the 5 bag plan. The 10 and 20 bag plans always include free shipping (even for remote locations).
I was sent a surprise assortment of 5 different snacks to test out. I received:
- Okanagan Apple Rings
- Hearty Tamari
- Ginger Staycation
- Wholesome Yogi
- Maple Praline Almonds
Okanagan Apple Rings
100% sun-dried apple rings. No sweeteners or sulphites added.
The apple rings were not at all what I think of when dried apples pops into my head. These are not at all crunchy, but soft and chewy like a raisin. They were not at all tart, but sweet with a really fresh apple taste. They were delicious and I had to wrestle the bag away from the kids to be able to have a couple. Yes, they are really THAT good. This was the first snack we tried, and between the four of us it did not last.
Sesame sticks and spicy pretzels mixed with almonds and cashews that have been slow roasted in Tamari
I’m going to be honest and tell you that I did not like Hearty Tamari. I don’t like spicy foods at all, and I don’t like food with “heat.” Although not overly spicy, I was only able to try one small pretzel and it was too much spice for me. This one proved to be Chris’ favourite. Chris loves heat and spice, and he had the bag polished off in two days.
Australian crystallized ginger, roasted pistachios, 70% dark chocolate disks, almonds, walnuts
This was a really interesting mix. The kids did not like it (well, they liked the chocolate disks) which meant that I didn’t have to share with them! I have never had crystallized ginger before and it has an interesting and unique flavour and texture. The ginger is very strong (and I didn’t like it on its own), but when combined with the nuts and chocolate in the same mouthful, it made for a really interesting snack full of intense flavour.
Raw almonds, roasted cashews, pumpkin seeds, Greek yogurt chips, dried cranberries
This was one of my favourite snacks from Naked Snacks! I love nuts, seeds and dried fruit (“trail mix”) and I found that this had the perfect ratio to nuts-seeds-fruit. My sneaky 9 year old ate all the “white chocolate chips” out of the bag on Sunday afternoon while I was making dinner, but I did get to try them with the first handful (shown above). They were really sweet, and complimented the nuts, seeds and fruit perfectly. Thomas had no idea they were yogurt chips, and when asked he said they were the best white chocolate chips he’s ever tried.
Maple Praline Almonds
Dry roasted almonds, cane sugar, maple syrup, natural flavour
These. THESE were my very favourite snack included in my snack selection. The Maple Praline Almonds tasted incredibly indulgent and were very satisfying. These would solve any sweet craving you may be having. They were crunchy, and the maple syrup was front and center in the flavour department. If I could only pick one snack for the rest of my life, it would be this one.
Please note, Naked Snacks are produced in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, soybeans, egg, and sesame. Cross-contamination of ingredients is likely, so keep that in mind!
