She has been repeatedly featured by TODAY Parents in roundups of the Funniest Parents on Facebook.

I truly enjoyed reading this book. While there were many things about some of the iconic women featured that I had already known, there were some things that I learned. Every woman I could think of was featured in this book; from June Cleaver to Roseanne and Morticia Addams to Barbara Bush.

It was really interesting to see – visually – the progress over the years and how the roles of women have changed within society. The book, although full of facts and history, is not overly wordy and kept me captivated wanting to learn more.

American Mom is available to purchase wherever books are sold and online from Amazon.com.
