Blaze and the Monster Machines: Unleash your inner beast with 4 Wild Wheels adventures! Journey to an amazing island where only animal trucks roam, as Blaze and his buddies transform into many mighty beasts for their wildest races and rescues ever!

We have been watching Blaze and his gang of vehicles since it first aired back in 2014 when Hayden was 4. The boys loved the show, of course, because the characters were colourful monster trucks. I liked Blaze because of the educational STEM content contained in each episode.

I love shows that I feel good about letting the boys watch, and shows that I don’t need to monitor so I can throw in a load of laundry, or start preparing dinner. Blaze and the Monster Machines is visually exciting, and interesting enough to hold the boys attention for longer than just a few minutes. I love the characters, the character interactions, and the fun adventures the Monster Machines go on. I also really like the problem solving aspect of each episode which helps to teach the boys critical thinking.

Blaze into STEM!

What is engineering? When you engineer something, you design a way to solve a problem, and then you build it! When Blaze transforms himself and his friends into animal trucks on Animal Island, he is engineering a way to solve a problem – whether he’s turning into a lion with claws for extra traction or a falcon for high-flying adventure!

Includes:

  • Animal Island
  • Toucan Do it!
  • The Big Ant-Venture
  • Falcon Quest

Runtime: 89 minutes

Blaze and the Monster Machines can be seen on Nick Jr Canada and Treehouse TV.
