I have to be honest and tell you I was not too excited about this month’s offerings. I don’t eat duck, and I’m not about to start now. Before this, Chris has never eaten duck, so he wasn’t too sure about the products we were sent. He did go ahead and eat the salami (almost immediately), but has shown very little interest in trying out anything else.
Chris really liked the salami, and actually ate the entire package in one sitting. He said the flavour was strong (but good) and the salami itself had a really nice texture.

I love the idea of Carnivore Club, and I love the wide variety of products included in each month’s box, I just wasn’t thrilled with the duck theme as it is something that I don’t eat. For duck lovers, this would be a great (and indulgent) box of carnivore goodies. Christine tells me that all of the duck delicacies would have been eaten in her house almost immediately (and I’m sure that is true).
Carnivore Club is available in Canada, US, UK, Europe and Australia.
