Nomad Rugged iPhone Cables
My phone is Apple, my tablet is Apple, even my desktop computer is Apple. Its safe to say that I am a fan of just about all things Apple. One thing I don’t like, however, are the charging cables that come with the iPhone and iPad devices. They never last as long as my phone lasts before upgrading time (about two years), and my iPad cable bit the dust years ago and it now has to share the cable I have for my phone. Another HUGE complaint about the Apple charging cables are the length. The provided cables are barely long enough to reach the night stands beside my bed.
I am not tech savvy. I am the opposite of tech savvy, and I often have to call on my 19 year old to hook something up for me, or fix something, or explain something to me again. I have a really nice digital camera that I got about 5 years ago that was quite costly. I’ve used it twice. I find it confusing with all the buttons and settings and I get frustrated when I use it so I keep it tucked away in its box and I use my iPhone instead.
If you’re like me, you are constantly getting a pop-up message that your mobile device’s memory is full. I’m constantly having to delete apps and photos because I can’t update my phone, or take any new photos due to lack of space. I try to remember to transfer my photos to my computer, but I often forget and have found myself without any memory during times when I wanted to take pictures (such as concerts and outings with the kids).
When I received my Metal Tablet Desk Stand from AnthroDesk to review, I really wasn’t sure what to expect. I was surprised at how well constructed and sturdy the stand truly was. It arrived in excellent condition and there is some assembly required. Just 4 screws (to attach the top portion to the stand) and some spongy tabs to insert into the brackets. Within minutes I had my Tablet Stand assembled.
With two charging ports, you are able to charge two devices at the same time. Which is great when you are travelling with someone and both your phones, tablets or any other mobile devices lose power.
Quite simply plug in your existing usb charger cable that came with your device (the iOttie Rapidvolt charger does not come with usb charging cables).
I have had my phone for quite some time and it still looks as if I bought it only yesterday. My hubby on the other hand has gone through about 10 phones (or better) in the past couple years alone. He has either dropped them in the field, ran over them with a tractor, lost them from his belt clip ( hence dropping it as well). Actually, any way he could use and abuse a phone he as found some way to do it.
