Color Your World with EXPO and Sharpie

EXPO and Sharpie
#UNCAPTHEPOSSIBILITIES

EXPO and Sharpie

EXPO Dry Erase Markers and all things Sharpie have been a staple in our home for many years. Some are used for fun while others have more of a function to perform. If you have someone on your list who is an organizational guru or loves to draw and color – like me, think Expo and Sharpie! Personally, I love seeing Sharpie’s and Expo markers in my stocking. I am always using them so I tend to run out quickly.

EXPO Dry Erase Markers

Out of the two of us (hubby and I), I am the organizer. I like order and scheduling to keep on top of things. Color coding things is a great way to organize lists and much more. The EXPO Dry Erase Markers with Ink indicator are available in six bold and bright colors and are a great way to visually plan your schedule, meal plans and more. EXPO Dry Erase Markers are highly-visible and you won’t get high off of them as they have low odor ink. These markers also have a chisel tip so you can write broad, medium or fine lines.

Expo Dry Erase

I received a package that contained a black, red, blue, purple and 2 different shades of green Expo Dry Erase Markers. I wasn’t overly disappointed that the package didn’t have the orange color within it as my hubby is the one who mainly uses these markers and his least favorite color is orange. Guess what is favorite color is? Yup – Green! It was a win win.

My hubby is very old school. He works from pen and paper and collects business cards. I use these markers to highlight his appointments on the calendar and we use them to highlight his company listings. Each color that is added to highlight or otherwise color code a company has a certain meaning. One color could mean that they are a customer, one color might mean to call back, one color means do not contact (that is usually the black marker) and so on and so forth. Unfortunately, due to confidentiality, I am unable to show you appointments or the company lists.

If you want to have the ability to erase what you have written or marked, the EXPO Dry Erase Markers can be used on whiteboards, glass or any other non-porous surfaces.  So I put them to the test. This is something I have never done actually.

First, I took the marker and wrote something on my sliding glass door. As you can see, the marks erased quite easily with a dry sponge.

Next, I wrote an X on my refrigerator door. DO NOT DO THAT!!! Video be dayumed, I dropped my device and frantically tried to remove the X. It took me some time and some elbow grease with a leading brand magic eraser to remove most of the mark. There is still a faint X where I had so boldly drawn it with the black marker.Hopefully hubby won’t spot it with his eagle eyes – ooops! LOL

Unlike the EXPO Dry Erase Markers of the past, these markers have a clear ink barrel with Ink Indicator which allows me to see exactly how much ink is left in the markers.

Expo Dry Erase Markers can be purchase at many retailers including WalMart, Target, Office Depot, Staples, Amazon and more!

SHARPIE

The Original Sharpie

The Original Sharpie is what comes to my mind when I think of permanent markers. I have used them to write on freezers bags, containers, garbage cans, posters and so much more. The use for these markers is pretty much limitless as long as you want what you are writing to be permanent. Sharpie is and always will be a household name and product that we will always use. My mom used them, I use them and my son uses them. It’s pretty much a tradition to use Sharpie permanent markers.

Sharpie Original

We love using these markers because the ink never fades. I can trust that what I write will be as bold and clear as the say that I wrote it which is important to me.

Sharpie has so much more to offer than just these tried, tested and true markers.

New & Exciting Products to Color Your World

Sharpie Art Pens

The Sharpie Art Pen is quick-drying and features fade-resistant ink that won’t bleed through paper. I love the selection of brilliant colors. Also, the slim fine point tip makes it easy to outline and color in even the smallest of details.

Sharpie Art Pens 12 pk

I received a 12pk to try and I have been loving them. I’ve been really sick and I have found coloring to be very therapeutic. It’s allowing me to forget, even for a brief moment, about my flu/pneumonia. Coloring relaxes me and allows me to shift my thoughts and in a way it grounds me. Needless to say, I have been on a coloring rampage so to speak. My furbaby Tracker has not left my side and has been “helping” me color.

I really do love that these pens allow me to do all the intricate details.

Sharpie Art Pens Fine Detailing

I love that the package has a built in stand as well.

Sharpie Art Pens Built in Stand

These Sharpie Art Pens really do not bleed through. This is awesome because who wants colors bleeding through onto another page. It ruins the whole image.

Sharpie Art Pens Wont Bleed Through

I have yet to put my adult coloring book down. In fact, I am almost finished the book and I just got it a couple of days ago.

Sharpie Art Pens Colouring

While I received the fine point tipped art pens, these Sharpie products are avaiable in medium tipped as well.

Sharpie products can be purchase at many retailers including WalMart, Target, Office Depot, Staples, Amazon and more!

The Limited Edition Sharpie Colour Burst

These permanent markers can write on a variety of surfaces and come in an array of colors. They are great for school projects and much more These markers are intensely bright for the ability to create stunning eye popping visuals that will stand out.

Sharpie Colour Burst

Like all Sharpie markers, these are quick drying, water resistant and permanent for lasting impressions on almost any surface, including paper, plastic, metal, wood and more.

So remember – keyword here is permanent! Do not use these on anything that you would not want marked forever or would be very hard to remove the marker ink from. So if you have the idea of drawing on your husbands face after a few brown pops and think it’s funny – he will not! He will probably get a little mad since it was so hard to come off and he had business appointments to go to the next day. Yeah – that’s not a good idea (hehe).  I did this once and it took about a week before all the marks faded from his face. Needless to say he wasn’t too impressed with me but I still think it’s funny as heck. lol

Sharpie products can be purchase at many retailers including WalMart, Target, Office Depot, Staples, Amazon and more!

Sharpie Clear View Highlighters

Sharpie Clear View Highlighters have a unique, see-through tip for precise and even highlighting all the way across the page. With Sharpie Clear View, the transparent tip ensures you can see exactly what you’re highlighting, so you’ll always know when to stop. Sharpie Clear View has Smear Guard ink technology that resists smudging of many pen and marker inks.

Sharpie Clear View Highlighter

I love that Sharpie has implemented the transparent tip! It makes it so much easier to see what I am highlighting and more importantly when I need to stop. Often, I have had to lift my hand to see if I am near the end of a word or sentence which results in an uneven highlight and stop and start marks. Having the smear guard is pretty awesome to have as well so information that I am highlighting doesn’t get all muddled or become unreadable.
