January Book of Choice Giveaway Hop

Welcome to 2017! January Book of Choice Giveaway! I don’t know about you, but I’m so ready to leave 2016 behind me and start looking towards what I hope is a much better year!

Looking ahead, I have a long list of books that I am hoping to get to this year, some that have been sitting in my “to read” pile for way too long. I have over 15 books sitting on my desk waiting to be read, and that doesn’t even cover my bookshelves. I LOVE books, but don’t currently have a lot of time to sit and read.

My favourite genre to read is YA Dystopian. Some of my favourites are the Divergent series by Veronica Roth, The Hunger Games trilogy, the entire Harry Potter series, and The Maze Runner series.

This year, I’m hoping to tackle the Miss Peregrine’s Peculiar Children trilogy, Station Eleven by Emily St. John, and my newest additions to my “to read” pile: Two by Two by Nicholas Sparks (my not so secret secret book addiction is everything every written by Nicholas Sparks),Β  Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them: The Original Screenplay. I’m currently readingΒ  I Am Number Four, and would like to work my way through that series as well. I also plan on reading at least one of the books I got my son for Christmas, The Fever Code by James Dashner, which I have been looking forward to since the release date was announced.

To start the year off on the right foot, I decided to take part in the January Book of Choice Giveaway Hop!
